Kids Discover Their Parents’ Cool Past

Oh boy. I miss the days when we still see marching bands passing by our houses with their huge trumpets and horns. I personally think practicing and performing with these groups is fun, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks so. However, there are also people who obviously do not like them—- and this group includes the dad in the picture!

Taken in 1985, this dad went and played with a marching band but with the look of boredom in his eyes. Wait. He’s wearing sunglasses. Oh, I mean the look of boredom on his face. Who would’ve thought that edginess existed way back in the day? He looks like he’s an edgy teen from around 2015 and beyond! Either way, the shirt says it all.
