Kids Discover Their Parents’ Cool Past

After seeing this photo, I seriously think this dude is a time traveler. The picture was taken in the Netherlands in 1981, and everybody knows that this kind of fashion wasn’t a trend or possibly didn’t even exist at the time yet. The plaid long sleeve suit paired with black jeans is a staple combo nowadays, so how did this dad come up with it in the past?

But, enough with the time traveler conspiracy theories. I just wanna say how awesome this dad looks. With the cheekbones that are probably as hard as tires and the gorgeous sunglasses, I’m sure this 17-year-old dude (at the time) gets many girls his way. Fun fact: He actually met his wife (OP’s mother) the next year!
