#44: That’s Radical
When a major part of your apartment breaks, it should be a landlord’s priority to get it fixed in a timely manner. Sure, it may be a pain for them to deal with it, but that’s their job. Owning an apartment means maintaining it on a regular basis. Instead, this landlord was shirking his responsibilities and leaving his tenant with a broken bathroom sink.
This tenant had no choice but to radicalize his landlord to get his sink repaired. No tenant should have to work so hard simply to receive one of his basic rights as a renter. We can’t help but wonder, though: how exactly did he successfully radicalize his landlord? That must have been rather entertaining.
