No more scootering
Before you go scootering down a public sidewalk like some sort of maniac, make sure that you have the right protective gear on. A helmet is a good place to start, but you’ll also want to protect your elbows, knees, and wrists from scrapes as you inevitably faceplant onto hard pavement.
Luckily for this kid, he didn’t have to worry about knocking all of his teeth out when he landed face-first on the pavement. The pavement hadn’t dried yet, so instead of a hefty hospital bill, he probably had to prepare a check to pay to repave the sidewalk. Look for silver linings in everything, folks.
