Muhammad Ali, nicknamed The Greatest, was much more than a boxer who was frequently ranked the greatest heavyweight champion of all time. He was a philanthropist, entertainer, poet, and civil rights activist, forming himself as one of the most controversial figures of his generation. Ali inspired others to stand up for what they believed in and preach it with confidence.
Ali was eventually diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and became a recognizable face promoting awareness for the disease, as well as being a strong voice for those suffering from it. The last photo of Ali was a heartwarming screenshot taken during a video call with his daughter before passing away in 2016.
