George Michaels was a successful and well-known artist during the 1980s as a member of the band, Wham. He gained even more recognition when he began his solo career, releasing many hit singles, such as Faith, that topped the charts. Michaels was a trendsetting celebrity of the 1980s and 90s and became an advocate for the LGBTQ community as an openly gay man.
Michaels began making music again after taking a brief break from the industry. The last picture of him was taken in Milan, Italy while he was recording a new album. Michael was found dead in his bed on Christmas Morning of 2016 by his partner, Fadi Fawaz. He passed away from heart problems and a fatty liver.
