Karen Carpenter
Karen Carpenter was a singer and drummer of the popular musical band, The Carpenters, along with her brother, Richard Carpenter. From an early age, Carpenter was known for her success as a famous musician and for her struggles with the eating disorder, Anorexia, which she began to suffer from at a very young age.

The last time the public saw Carpenter was on Good Morning America, and the photo above is a shot from the interview. Here, she spoke openly about her struggles with Anorexia and what living with an eating disorder was like. Carpenter died shortly after the episode aired at just 32 years old.
