Do you know why humans have to eat? The carbs and calories we consume provide energy. The less you eat, the less energy you’ll have to stay awake throughout the day. That’s why it’s so important to have a hearty breakfast and lunch.
However, have you tried staying awake after having lunch? It’s downright impossible unless you’re still in elementary school. The food that gives you “energy” actually makes you fall asleep faster, even during the middle of your work shift. So, we guess the lesson here is don’t eat? Or, as our bosses would put it, “Eat on your own time!”
