Biological Clock Conundrum
For five days of the week, you’ve programmed your body to get up at a certain time. You probably also have a morning routine to follow, which starts with taking a shower and eating breakfast before driving to work. It’s like clockwork to most people—get up, go to work, come back, enjoy gaming for two minutes, go back to sleep.
