If you’re anything like us, you probably fall asleep at around 1 or 2 AM. You spend at least an hour looking for a YouTube video to lull you to sleep but become engrossed in a video that teaches you about the benefits of getting enough sleep. This has happened to us more times than we bothered to count.
Even though you know you’re going to wake up feeling like garbage, you do it time and time again. Anyone who passes by you at the office is deemed an enemy. Your world knows nothing but darkness and misery. You can only find solace in your bed, where you’ll repeat the same late-night habits like clockwork.
