We Will Never Know Why They Left
If we say “breakfast bar,” chances are your mind jumps to soft fruit-filled Nutri-Grain bars, a crunchy crumble Nature’s Valley Bar, or one of those Quaker Chewy Granola bars your teachers handed out in the middle of those grueling week-long achievement tests, but today we’re reminiscing about the sugar surge that was Kudos bars.
In 2017, Mars confirmed via Facebook that Kudos were done for, but they pleaded the fifth in explaining why. We’re guessing it might have something to do with them being literal candy bars. Sure, the granola was enough to have it declared a breakfast food, but we were all there for the chocolate and candy that covered it.
