Honor the Part You Play
It’s normal to feel like you have to put on a certain persona when you meet new people for the first time, whether it’s at a new school, a new job, or anywhere else. This feeling can happen anywhere in a group. We should try to change their minds, and if that doesn’t work, we should pretend to be friendly if we think that will help.
