Poached Eggs
You can’t have Eggs Benedict without the poached eggs, but how do you poach an egg to perfection? Sure, you could use the vinegar-in-boiling-water method, but who has the time for that? Nobody, that’s who! That’s why you should poach your eggs in the microwave!
Fill a microwave-safe mug with water halfway full before cracking an egg into it. Next, place a microwave-safe plate or saucer on top of the mug before popping it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. The longer it cooks, the more set the yolk will be. You’ll have to mess around with the power settings to get the poached eggs done just right.
