French Toast
French toast is probably one of the simplest breakfast menu items to make at home, but dirtying several bowls for dipping is too much to ask for in the early hours of the morning. That’s why you should microwave your French toast instead.
After leaving your bread on the kitchen countertop uncovered overnight, dice the bread and place it into a microwave-safe mug. Pack the bread down until it springs back up and reaches slightly past the top of the mug. In a bowl, mix an egg, cinnamon, and three tablespoons of milk before pouring the mix into the first mug. Allow the concoction to sit for three minutes until the bread bits are thoroughly saturated. Now, microwave the mug for one minute, checking for doneness every ten seconds.
