Scrambled Eggs
We’re not going to lie to you. We’re not the biggest fans of microwaved eggs. But that’s because we’ve been doing it wrong our entire lives. To become a master of microwaved scrambled eggs, here’s how you do it.
Crack two or three eggs into a microwave-safe bowl (get one if you don’t have one already). Beat it until it becomes slightly airy. Pour about two tablespoons of milk into the bowl and continue beating the eggs. Now, season it with salt and pepper to taste. Microwave the bowl for 45 seconds before mixing the concoction and microwaving again for another 35-45 seconds, and you’re done!
