Potato Chips
Homemade potato chips? Yeah, we’re not the biggest fans of this, but hey—if you like it, we’re here to tell you how to make it in your microwave. Be warned: the potato chips may not come out as crunchy as the store-bought stuff, but at least it’ll be actual potato, which is a huge plus.
To make potato chips in your microwave, use a mandoline slicer and slice as many potatoes as you want. Place the slices in a bowl and toss them in salt, pepper, and olive oil. Spread the slices on a microwave-safe plate and nuke for 3-5 minutes. It’ll take some trial and error to get the potato chips to the perfect crispiness.
