Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed bell peppers are arguably one of the healthiest foods. They can also be unhealthy if you load it with bacon and cheese, but we’re not here to judge. We’re here to teach you how you can prepare stuffed bell peppers in your microwave.
Chop the tops off of as many bell peppers as you want before removing the core and seeds. Next, stuff them with anything you want. The stuffing should be cooked beforehand since the bell pepper shell will cook pretty quickly in the microwave. Nuke the bell peppers for 1-2 minutes, and let them cool thoroughly before serving.
