Chicken Skewers
There’s no need to take out your griddle or heat up your BBQ pit if you want to make chicken skewers. You can make these bad boys in your microwave, though they won’t have the same charred flavor. However, you can always go back and sear them on a griddle later on.
Skewer five to eight bits of chicken meat using bamboo or wooden skewers, then brush some olive oil over the meat. Microwave the chicken for five minutes or until they’re fully cooked. We personally love pouring peanut sauce over our chicken skewers, but you can use whatever sauce you prefer.
