Potato Soup
Ah, potato soup—the soup that nobody wants to make because the cooking process takes forever. If you don’t have an eternity to prepare a single serving of potato soup, here’s what we recommend: nuke it in the microwave instead.
Place cubed bits of potato and pour ¾ of a cup of water into a microwave-safe mug. Heat the mug in the microwave until the potatoes are soft enough to mash with a fork. Drain the water, mash the potatoes, and add cornflour, bacon, and plenty of cheese, as well as ½ a cup of stock and ¼ of a cup of milk. Microwave for an additional three minutes, stir, and eat. Do you eat or drink soup?
