Bacon Cheese Dip
Do you know what’s better than a cold dip? Hot dip. And do you know what the best kind of hot dip is? A hot dip that’s chock-full of cheese and bacon, which is why we want to show you how to make bacon cheese dip in your microwave.
Pre-cook four slices of bacon (in your microwave), and crumble it into a microwave-safe bowl. Add in one package of softened cream cheese, one cup of mayo, eight ounces of Swiss cheese, two finely chopped green onions, and some bread crumbs or crushed crackers. Mix before microwaving for 2-4 minutes, and all that’s left is to open a bag of chips.
