Meatloaf
The image of microwaved meatloaf below doesn’t do the recipe justice, though it still looks quite good. Microwaving uncooked meats is usually a lengthy process, but it’s a lot cleaner than using your oven, which takes forever to clean.
To make this recipe, you’ll need to combine ¼ of a pound of ground beef, two tablespoons of milk, one tablespoon of ketchup, one teaspoon of onion soup mix, and two tablespoons of instant oats. Mix the ingredients thoroughly before placing them into microwavable ramekins and cook for three minutes on high or until the meat is thoroughly browned and has an internal temperature of 160°F.
