Oatmeal
Oatmeal can be one of the healthiest foods if you can get your hands on oats from a reliable source. Even if you can’t, store-bought raw oatmeal can taste pretty awesome. Here’s how you get to whipping up a batch of oatmeal whenever the craving hits you.
Add ½ of a cup of oats into a microwaveable bowl, and add an egg, one tablespoon of your go-to seed (flax is nice), 1/3 of a cup of milk (almond, soy, cow—it’s all good), two tablespoons of raw honey, and as much cinnamon as your tastebuds can handle. Nuke the entire thing for three minutes, making sure it doesn’t froth too much.
