Chicken Drumsticks
Chicken drumsticks can take a while to cook, even in a microwave, but at least you’ll have plenty of time to focus on the side dishes you want to prepare. If you have the time, try microwaving your drumsticks instead of frying or baking them. Here’s how you do it.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl and add 200 milliliters of ketchup, 20 grams of curry powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper powder. Coat the legs evenly before moving them to a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 12-15 minutes on high. To check for doneness, the meat should spring back when pressed, and the juices should be clear.
