Omelet
Let’s say you’re a fan of eggs (who isn’t) but don’t have a soft spot for scrambled eggs (you monster). So, you’re jonesing for a good omelet but don’t have the time to wait for your pan to heat up? Microwave to the rescue!
Take your microwave-safe mug and fill it with two or three eggs. Beat the eggs and add butter as much butter as you like. Microwave the egg-and-butter mixture for 60 seconds before taking it out and adding whatever vegetable or meat mix you want. Microwave the mug again for 30-60 seconds and voila! Omelet ala microwave!
