Einstein’s HBCU Lecture
Here’s something that, unfortunately, the mainstream media chose to ignore back in the mid 1940s. Albert Einstein visited Pennsylvania’s Lincoln University, which was the first historically black university to grant college degrees. The genius gave a lecture on relativity to some lucky students in attendance.
Einstein spoke out against racism even before America’s own civil rights movement and called racism a “disease of white people.” The college gave Einstein an honorary degree and it was undoubtedly a memorable experience for all. Imagine being able to tell your grandchildren that you attended a lecture by the one and only Albert Einstein!
