What can we really say here, death is a fact of life that we will all have to go through at some point, so with that being said, we shouldn’t fear it. If you think about it, everyone before you has gone through it already and so will everyone else after you are long gone. With that out of the way, it’s never a nice thing to talk about people who have passed away, so we are going to try to make this more a celebration of their life and less about the heaviness and sadness that surrounds losing someone.

2022 saw a lot of big names go, people who have contributed not only to the arts but to politics, culture, sports and so much more. So that they will never leave our memory completely, let’s take a look at the most notable people we lost last year and whom we will be entering the new year without.
Peter Bogdanovich
This year saw the passing of one of Hollywood’s greatest directors, Peter Bogdanovich. Born in the United States of America to an Austria-Jewish mother and a Serbian father, Peter was proud of his roots. He even grew up speaking Serban in his childhood, making that his official mother tongue before English.

You may have heard of some of the classic films he was responsible for back in the 60s and ’70s. Films like Paper Moon, The Last Picture Show, What’s Up, Doc? And many more. For those of you who grew up watching the Sopranos, you could have seen him on television in his role as a psychiatrist.
