If you’ve ever worked in customer service, you’re undoubtedly familiar with the frustrations of dealing with unpleasant clients. Customers might enter your store and ask for the wrong things, and then you’re cast as the villain.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to walk into Subway and demand that they prepare you 63-footlong subs on the spot. It would be quicker for both the customer and the employees if they phoned ahead of time to order.
