There are four types of black holes
There are four types of black holes, and just when you thought, one was enough to be scared of. A stellar black hole originates from the death of a large star; it is small, though, with a mass only five to ten times greater than the Sun. The supermassive black hole is the largest type, and there are many theories about how they originate. When compared to solar bodies like the Sun, however, can be over millions to billions times bigger in mass!
While Intermediate Black Holes are larger than Stellar, they weigh much less than Supermassive. Although few have been discovered, using low luminosity active galactic nuclei, scientists have found evidence of its existence. Primordial Black Holes are the smallest type of black hole, with a mass as small as 100 micrograms. After the Big Bang occurred, Stephen Hawking theorized that these formed soon after.
