Wishful Thinking
It takes time and careful consideration to decide to have children. You want to feel financially prepared in most discussions about pregnancy, and you want to be content with your life and have done the things you desire before bringing children into the equation. It’s a big step that should not be taken lightly.

When your parents genuinely want you to have children, they may appear to be only thinking about themselves. Whether it’s intentional pestering, clear wishful thinking, or outright insulting remarks, they should respect what you want for yourself rather than this mother-in-law who thinks her daughter-in-law is pregnant all of the time. The daughter-in-law might interpret this the wrong way, but fortunately, she is taking it in stride.
