Calling You Out
Taking care of your body is essential to having a good attitude. Working out your body, whether by working out or performing simple stretches every day, also exercises your mind. Everyone has their preferences; some people prefer jogging while others might enjoy pilates.
However, just because you’re doing something for yourself doesn’t imply that everyone else should. One mother-in-law brings the issue of working out to the point of tagging both her daughter and daughter-in-law in a workout post, claiming that they have no excuse not to work out since she did.
