A procrastinator’s plight
While not as ancient as some of the other material we’ll be reading, this note from Kaitlyn was still significant to her. It might have relevance for us, too – mostly in terms of teaching how apparently world-changing actions may appear stupid just a few years later.
The raw emotion pouring from every phrase in Salman Rushdie’s Midnight’s Children, which lies between the pages of the book, is tangible. We don’t intend to trivialize her emotions – we’re just saying she’ll most likely be able to laugh about it four years later.
