Historical Notes And Mementos People Randomly Found

This note was discovered by a guy who painted the heating vents in his new home and then removed them. Much to his surprise, one of them concealed this document. Imagine Roy Steven as a youngster, hiding the note behind a vent in 1971.

The calendar confirms that the event occurred on January 31 – Apollo 14, better known as the mission in which an astronaut played golf on the moon, did indeed take off on this date. They were still up there at the time of writing; they’d only return to Earth on February 9!
