It Can’t Go On Forever
Ah, another sign dedicated to the pesky little annoyances we all face around New Year’s Day. It was previously all about the jokes individuals make before New Year’s Day (listed above). This sign is concerned with the moment when it is acceptable to stop saying “Happy New Year” to others. The phrase may sometimes continue for a while too long.
We’ll have to discuss when to stop saying “Happy New Year” because we all seem to know that we continue to say it for way too long after the actual New Year. When do we quit? Is it just one day, and then we stop by on the second of January? Or are there a few days available? A week is far too long…
