Conservative Necklines
In America, except for certain places, like houses of worship, offices, and primary education establishments, we’re used to being able to wear whatever we want, whenever we want. Even clothing that would be considered risque in other countries is widely acceptable in pretty much all of the United States.
But in all of South Korea, showing too much skin is considered very inappropriate. Plunging necklines especially are frowned upon and considered distasteful in this part of the world. A popular style for South Korean women is to wear t-shirts and sweaters under articles of clothing that have these deep necklines.
