A Hairy Tree
The following photo looks like something we might see on the screen when watching a sci-fi movie, but this is actually something found in nature. Hiking is always a fun activity, and it’s pretty common to encounter “what happens if” questions when surrounded by nature. Below you’ll find the answer to this one: What happens if a tree that’s slightly soggy from a recent storm freezes over?
It appears that this situation creates a fuzzy coating of mold on the tree! It looks almost like cotton, hair, or something similar, but in reality, the tree seems to be rotting away completely. All that moisture was just too much for it to survive, sadly. Plant lovers in the crowd might know that most plants need moist, but nothing is good in excess.
