Salvador Dali’s Sweet Tooth
Someone with the privilege to encounter Spanish artist Salvador Dali could never forget his iconic French mustache. This Godiva delivery man is one of these privileged people. The Godiva store he worked at was in the lobby of the St. Regis Hotel, located in one of the most elite neighborhoods in Manhattan.
He claimed that delivering boxes of chocolates to their assigned rooms was one of the most mundane tasks that his job entailed. That was until he delivered a box of chocolates to Dali himself. One glimpse of that mustache, and he knew that delivery was a moment he would carry on with him forever.
