If It Works, It Works
What would you give in for the chance to live in NYC? The concrete jungle? The place where dreams come true, and all that? Some people, apparently, are willing to live in a crawlspace. It might be cheap, and you may not spend a lot of time at home (because you physically can’t), but I just don’t think it’s worth it. Yes, location is important, but the place itself is just as important.
We have a lot of questions about this. How could an adult person even sleep in there? We’re guessing the tenant of this place was a very heavy sleeper, and they set their expectations at the lowest. It’s also one thing to honestly advertise the place, but we have no idea how this friend thought $700 per month for a crawlspace was worth it. If it works, it works, I guess.
