#46: Censorship?
One Reddit user said he got banned from the r/conservative subreddit for posting a “logical” comment. These subreddits are private communities, in a way, and they have a right to ban members who are not following the rules of the community. However, but banning someone for having a different opinion is a form of censoring.
It’s too bad we don’t have the comment that got this person banned. What could they have said that would get them banned? It makes sense to ban someone who hurts the people of the community and their values, but if they just shared an unpopular opinion, that seems unfair.
