Have you ever seen a more perfect avocado? We sure haven’t! If you take a gander at the image below, you’ll see two halves of a most spectacular, blemish-free, infallible avocado. No browning whatsoever. Just perfectly green and perfectly mean. Maybe even lean, for the sake of our rhyme scheme.
As with all beautiful foods, we’d hesitate to eat this one. That being said, avocadoes don’t last forever. It doesn’t take long for them to rot and steadfastly decay beyond the ripening stage. But, if you eat them quickly enough, you won’t have to deal with the rotting stage. Avocadoes are fragile and transient that way. At least they took a photo before spreading this avocado on some toast.
