Goodness is all around us. Even mega corporations are catching the infectious, contagious spirit of giving. This Subway boasts signage proclaiming that free meals are offered to the homeless every Friday from 3 to 5 pm. It’s the least any major company can do, especially one as lucrative as Subway.

It’s such a simple yet effective gesture. While it would be even better to find adequate housing for the homeless, keeping them nourished is just as vital. Good on Subway for doing their part. We imagine the homeless are grateful for the food. Hopefully, this trend will catch on with other Subways across the nation.
