Remember how we said you should be open about any health conditions you have? Well, we take that back. If you suffer from a health condition that won’t affect your job, it’s probably best to keep that information under wraps. Failing to do so might cause you to lose your job.
This person was open about their seizure disorder, but the boss was worried about their customers seeing an employee “twitching on the floor.” Oh, no! Instead of worrying about your employee’s well-being, we have to worry ourselves over what our customers will think! This person dodged a bullet by getting fired, in our opinion.
