Sorry, but You’re Still Fired
If you’re going to accuse someone of stealing something from you, you better make sure you have concrete evidence. You don’t want to end up looking like a fool by firing an innocent employee, do you? So, if you have security cameras, you should probably check the footage before accusing and firing people willy-nilly.
It was only after anyone bothered to check the footage that they discovered someone else had stolen the cash, not the OP. By then, they were already let go, but we hope they received a huge settlement check for wrongful termination. Seriously, the footage was right there and nobody bothered to check?!
