#21: There’s No Excuse for This
This is what happens when you take the people who put the roll on upside-down and make them even worse. The old, used-up toilet paper roll is still on the holder, and the new roll is precariously balanced on top of it – not on the holder in any way!
This is just lousy manners and inexcusable if you ask us. If this happens in your home, do you not care about anyone else living with you? Or your sanity? You’re going to have to replace it eventually, anyway. Why not just get it over with?
