The New Body Clock
While pregnant, your body clock will begin to change dramatically and the fatigue you will experience will have you in bed at the same time as your infant will be once he or she is born. As a result, you will go months without seeing hours like 11pm and midnight.
However, as a pregnant woman, this may not bother you so much. You’ll be so exhausted, you won’t be able to wait to hit the pillow and the sheets. It’s also important to go to bed early because you’re guaranteed to not have the best night’s sleep anyway. Get as many hours as possible!
