40 Random Bits of Trivia You Didn’t Know You Needed to Know

This story is truly heartwarming, and I wish to learn more about Dale Schroeder, but I have to ask: The Office fans, doesn’t this bring to mind Scott’s Tots? Only, in this case, unlike Michael Scott’s colossal fail, Dale actually did manage to send 33 kids to college! I like to think of them as Dale’s Children.

I wish this story told us more about Dale and his incredible initiative. Since he worked as a carpenter his entire life, we can only assume he’s never had higher education, and he wanted these kids to have something that was out of reach for him. He knew the struggles of growing up with no money, and he did this purely out of the kindness of his heart.
