Pet Frogs
Fun fact (or factlet, whichever you prefer): some spiders keep frogs as pets because they prevent “pests” from eating the spiders’ eggs. We always knew spiders were dominant creatures, but this takes it to a new level. It’s a prudent move for Spider-Man, however. Take one of nature’s prime insect eaters and essentially tame it so it can serve you.
Look at spotty up there. He’s standing tall, proud to protect his spider friend’s eggs. And not eat them. This isn’t The Mandalorian. Apparently, this relationship is a symbiotic one: the frog protects spider eggs from insects and the spider provides food for the frog with … the insects! Everyone wins! Well, except for the insects.
