Now You See Me…
Polar bears are pretty coldblooded creatures. So cold that you can’t see them with heat radar. Of course, there’s the polar bear’s snowy, freezing terrain that plays a factor. Additionally, a polar bear’s exterior stays roughly the same temperature as its environment. Meaning – super, duper cold. But not to worry. They’ve got blubber and fat aplenty to keep them warm.
Heat radar technology can sense a being’s presence via their heat signature. That’s pretty hard to do when you’ve got a polar bear to find. Especially if it’s the Coca-Cola polar bear. You know that soda is ice cold and will only lower their overall body temperate. Curse you, beverage conglomerate!
