Alexander the Bridge Builder
Here’s proof positive that toxic masculinity has been plaguing the opposite sex since the beginning of time. Alexander the Great apparently constructed a bridge to an island because he couldn’t get there to meet his opposing forces, the Macedonians. It’s located in Tyre in Lebanon. The Macedonians ended up winning.

If only good ol’ Alex had a fancy jetpack. He could’ve simply flown himself over the chasm. But, you do have to admire the tenacity behind this act. Alexander the Great was so stubborn and had a desire to win that he ensured nothing would stand in his way. Not even water! Well, he lost the battle, but at least there’s the island’s first infrastructure!
