When you don’t have a lot of money, you find unique ways to increase the longevity of certain products. For example: bottles full of cleaning liquid. Hand soap and body wash spring to mind. A great method for “making it stretch” is to add some water when you have a smattering of liquid left.
Yes, this essentially waters down the product. However, this means you can extend its shelf life and prolong a visit to the store. Save money and use every last drop of the product. It’s thrifty! And, if you think about it, we as humans are mostly composed of water. We utilize water to clean ourselves. It’s rather poetic, right?
