Time for Self-Diagnosis
Headaches and migraines can stem from multiple causes. Lack of sleep, stress, dehydration, straining your eyes, caffeine withdrawal, lack of a proper diet, a tightened ponytail, or … things we wouldn’t wish for our worst enemies. To be sure, if you look up your head pains on WebMD they’ll probably tell you the last thing you want to hear.
Our advice: run far away from WebMD. This Twitter poster is keeping all of their options open by debating the reasons behind their headache. Obviously, we can all relate. Of course, anxiety forces you to drum up approximately 50 different explanations regarding the cause of their pain. Take a nap. That usually works wonders for us.
